I have enjoyed about 1000 trouble free miles since replacing engine, adding intercooler, injectors, exhaust, gauges, IP, turbo, etc. when suddenly it cut out while driving about 40 MPH. After a few minutes of head scratching, I noticed the security light was on. After performing the 3 cycle drill, it started right up although it ran as it did before it was timed. I shut it off and when it restarted, all was well. It has been fine since, starting and driving. Has anyone else experienced a similar condition?

Sounds like most of the usual stuff to be looked at has been replaced new or rebuilt. Just thinking out loud-- grounds, worn key switch, not sure but pcm might be going however they don't usually go bad, check fuses for good connections, evidence of any water leaks. One thing for sure, if something is going bad it will, and it will most likely be raining like hell and you will be on an interstate between exits. Just my .02
