Wow, it took much longer than expected to put lube specialists oil cooler lines on. (first time taking off grille, go figure. Annnd i put the 1 1/4 wrench on the oil cooler, not the nut. Sooooo i've got a gigantic hole in my oil cooler :-/ Anybody got one they want to sell me and ship airmail for a good price? I've got the oil cooler lines hooked up so both brass elbows and one hose are hooked up to allow operation while oil cooler is broken - i'm worried because its soooo close to exhaust, and i dont want to risk it any longer than i need to!

Please e-mail me at aaclevy@hotmail.com or AIM:suchchanctodream for details. I live in Silver Spring Maryland.

Aryeh Levy,
I don't have one, but I did get one from a local salvage yard for $5 a while back, it might be worth you time. I lost one to a baseball sized rock off of a gravel truck!

I would buy a new one, and not take a chance on a used one. You never know what may end up inside off an old used engine or while stored?

I'll check and see if I still have mine.

I cant really afford a new one. GM retail is almost 160 i think. Partsdirect is even $120. No auto yard can find one for me! Please help. Gotta put one in before it deep fries the engine.

I don't know what the original 98 size is but the
H7B is 1/2 female pipe thread.

If the line size on the 98 is no larger than 1/2" ID it will work.
Whats the ID on your new lines?
Just a thought
