Turbo Silencer?

I searched without any luck, I seem to remember some kind of Tubro Silencer that can be removed, is this correct? It is hard to beat the cool sound of a turbo!

If you have a newer style air box (the one that takes a round filter) there is a plastic resonator tube attached to rubber hose from the air box to the turbo. If you remove this, you will have a lot more intake noise. You will, of course, have to plug the hole. It's amazing how much difference this makes. Keep it handy, because you may want to reinstall it!
