Block Screwed

Well i got the engine out sat. and the right head off today .
Heads ok , but the block is gone ,as for that cly. is concerened.
I will add pictures in about 30 min. of the piston.
Tomarow i will try to get a picture of the cly.
I still need a good block OR an engine!!!!

Try The Diesel Depot they have good used stuff or reman your choice, you can't find anyone better to deal with IMHO. :D

If only one cylinder is bad, can you re-sleeve it? My brother lost a piston in his 6.2, just put a new sleeve in it... not sure if you can do that with the 6.5.

If you are interested, I still have the block out of my 93. I haven't checked it over yet though.
It is a 599 6.2L that is supposed to be good for boring out to 6.5L for rebuilding. (from what I have read here)
