Best access to * vacuum pump * ?

My '94 has AC. What's a guy have to do to get to the vacuum pump sitting under it? Am I unbolting the AC compressor? Is it worth it to unbolt the inner fender tub, or is that making too much trouble for myself? I don't see an easy way from below.

I had to take the A/C off. I left the hoses connected and carefully supported the compressor by hanging it from the hood with bailing wire.

Be sure to check the belt/pulley alignment before you finish.
