What is good mpg. on burb. I get between 14-16 mpg. I used to get close to 20, before rebuild. Thats US gal. for us Canadians.

I have a 99 Suburban with 100,000 miles and 3.73 gears. I get 14-16 city driving and 18-19 on the highway. I thought I would get better mileage than that but it could be the way I drive.
