94 6.5LTD turns over well but shows no sign of starting. It had a problem of stalling until 3 weeks ago when I installed a fuel injection module. It has ran flawlessly since.I had previosely installed a fuel pump and a wastegate solenoid.help! Also how do you loosen the injector to check for fuel delivery.David

David--
Are the glow plugs heating up?

To check for pressurized fuel output from FI pump, apply a 19mm(3/4") open end wrench to the 'line' or 'union' nut that holds the injection pipe to one of the injectors , and rotate CCW a bit. You should see fuel (and maybe bubbles) when cranking or idling. Sometimes the pressurized fuel sprays in eyes, etc. A rag around union will squelch flow....

Tom Thanks for your guidance. The glow plug light on dash comes on as usual.Low and behold the next day it started right up before I could test anything. Its running fine but I'm afraid it'l again.I'm thinking fuel is getting to the injectors, what else comes to mind that could cause turnover with no start? david

Have someone turn ign on/off while you
Feel and listen to fuel shut off solenoid.

Should " Thunk" and feel the solenoid move.

If it doen't start again. at least ypu will be able to tell differance...
