I'm still chasing an intermittent code P1216, Fuel Sol. response time short. Will this cause the PCM to operate in backup, or reduced fuel mode?
Even after the truck warms up it seems that sometimes the truck runs with less power - EGTs and boost are a little lower than usual, the timing doesn't seem as advanced and the throttle seems less sensitve. Other times it seems fine, and this is during the same trip, without shutting the key off.
Will this mode trigger a code or it is a result of a code?
