You Guys are the greatest! You-all will make a diesel mech. out of me yet? Thanks! Did everthing you suggested. Saved the $2200.00 the GM dealer wanted to replace the IP. Put on a new FSD with remote cooler and #9 chip. Been running great for about 200 miles now! Thanks again! Got the cooler, FSD and Chip from www.accuratediesel.com (http://www.accuratediesel.com) for less than $400.00 and got excellent service and some tech advice for amatures like me from Tim. THANKS AGAIN!!!

Glad it worked out for you, you still have the old FSD, try the retorque of the transistor nuts to see if you can bring it back to life it will make a good spare. Also are you mounted on the intake, I recommend getting or making a long one & place it in a cooler location.
