Wow. Only on Ebay. Too bad somebody in Isreal felt that at risk to NEED such a rig.

I find it ironic that so many American technological innovations have come full circle to be used against us. (Internet, email, cell phones, GPS, satellite phones, commercial airliners, etc.)

We are fighting a war against 3rd world enemies armed with our own creations.

Actually, kits to armor suburbans are quite common, and that makes em more affordable than other kits.

In 2001, Brazil was world leader in production of bulletproof vehicles.

HighProtectionCompany of Atlanta armors US Army Hummers in FtLauderdale, Fla. HPC recently fielded a Saudi Gov't order for 200 cars, and , for Jordan's government, 130. Additionally, the Parsons [engineering/construction]Corporation of Pasadena, CA ordered about 50 'heavily armored S.U.V.s' in view of a $1.8 billion infrastructure contract...in Iraq.

I hate to get out of topic - but does anyone know if there are any "Bummer" bodies still out there - or anything similar? My '89 'burb is mighty malignant (rusting from the inside out- -paint still looks good, though)
