The Holset HX35W has been mentioned, it uses a T3 manifold flange. The MHI TE06H wastegated turbo combo thst Banks used on the Ford 6.9/7.3L IDI diesels is excellent.

Remember, sizing for diesel is very different to gassers and boost will need to be in 8-14psi range for best results.
