Just curious how much a good block is worth. 6.2 or 6.5

When I was talking to Peninsular Diesel today, they mentioned that they usually get $250 to $300 for a good, stripped-down block. They also said that they had only 1 good 6.2L block left.

I think the price deal depends alot on the area your in and who you deal with. I have found non running whole take out engines in my area for about 100 or 150. Some I have found cheaper.
