Hi guys, what sources have you used to get the little fuel return hoses for the injectors. I am not having luck finding them locally. Any info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mike

Scan through the advertisers here. There are kits, and pieces, as you need them.

Don't substitute. You won't like the results.

I went to a European speed shop (you could drop by any Mercedes repair shop that handles diesels) and picked up 10' of braided 3 or 4mm (can't remember exactly which, but it matched the sample I showed them) bore pipe and made my own - it was a lot cheaper and quicker.

Go to www.dieselpage.com (http://www.dieselpage.com)

OR use this link to get to the part you need

http://www.dieselpage.com/dlk.htm

Get the 27 dollar kit, it has it all.

This is Diesel Injection Service, they have the kits. Not too expensive either, all the cut hoses and required clamps (you won't need to put them on the lines, just the end caps). It also comes with spare injector washers and Air cleaner gasket for 6.2 and 6.5.

Dorman makes a complete repair kit which you should be able to get through a NAPA parts store or any larger parts house.
