Performance chips and exhaust

Just wondered what chips and exhaust systems everyone is using.

I ve found a exhaust system which is a mandrel bent 4" , 3" down pipe then right into the 4". Price is $279 with a 4 year warranty. 14 gauge aluminized pipe.

I ve also found a supplier with chips for $199 new, not refurbished chips. With 50,60,70 and 80 hp setups.

Just wondered what kind of mpg increase you guys have seen from these upgrades. Obviously everyone here uses thier trucks for towing. Which I do also, but my loads are so small, my former s-10 trucks worked fine.

Any input on chips and exhaust are greatly apperciated.

Good chips are well thought out and vigerously tested. I would only buy one from www.kennedydiesel.com (http://www.kennedydiesel.com) or www.heathdiesel.com (http://www.heathdiesel.com)

An 80HP chip would cause expensive problems fast without the necessay performance "Package" to go with it. Not to mention a carefull eye on the gauges.

Chat with either of the venders above, they know what they are talking about and will set your strait.

Otherwise, copy ronniejoe's setup.
