I have looked at what is available from Amsoil & OilGuard, dollar for dollar & mile for mile, what is the best option for the long haul, all things considered, longevity, repairs, filter & oil costs, etc?

& is there another option that is better? :D

I went with Amzoil & adapters for Baldwin Filters bought by the case from JK is a pretty good deal.

Another option is to order the reprint of the article on the "Dr. Lee home brew bypass filter" and roll your own...

I also found some newer filters that filter better check here.
