Felpr head gaskets thicker?

Are felpro head gaskets thicker than the stock 6.2 head gaskets? I've read a few posts about felpro gaskets that were .010 thicker. Are standard Felpro gaskets .010 thicker or do you have to ask for thicker gaskets specificly?

No.

The gaskets are supposed to be the same as original, regardless of brand. If you change the deck height by milling, you will need to order the gasket specific to the amount of reduction (.010, .020).

Using a thicker gasket to reduce the compression ratio has been discussed here before, but I don't think a real conclusion was reached.
