My M1008 seems to have a blown head gasket or cracked head (surprise!).
I am thinking about swapping in a "new" 6.2 when I fix the current problem so I don't have it out of commission for too long. I have a Jeep with a SBC 350 in it and might swap the repaired 6.2 in that think with the way gas prices are.
Anyone have a good running takeout for sale can point me to a reasonable place to look for one. There are a few on e-bay right now, but I wanted to shop a bit before I bid.
Anyone near Raleigh done their head gaskets before and want to help?
