Volt gauge

Just wondered what my voltage should read at idle. I have one new battery and the other is not too much older. The alternator was replaced not to long ago, but I havent tested it yet. Right now the turck reads 10-12 on average with accessories running. Without anything running its about 14.

My two '94s are similar - if that means anything.

Check the voltage at the battery with a meter..I like mine 14.2 to 14.5 nothing running 1500 RPM.
