A friend of mine has a 87 model K1500 w/15" 6 lug wheels. He would like to change to a 16" wheel but hasn't been able to find wheels that have a large enough center for the 4X4 manual locking hubs. Anybody have some suggestions? Will any of the later model 16" factory wheels allow for the hubs?

Try Summit racing
I just got a set of Mickey Thompson II's 6 bolt 16" x 8" 3100 lb rated polished aluminum rims with center cap removed hole in center of rim is 4.25" $125 each, they also have a pretty good selection of steel rims for a fair price. They have a online catalog

Discount Tire (aka America's Tire in the NW). (aka http://www.tires.com).

They'll meet or beat anyone's pricing and are all over the US.

Also, Four Wheel Parts Wholesaler. If he's patient, they do 4 for 3 pricing about 2x a year. Prolly Oct/Nov for the next one.
