turbo in a van

I'd like to install a turbo in my 84 conversion van. But I don't want to pay for an expensive kit. I have several turbos, even one out if a 98 van. Has anyone fabricated pipes,tubing,exhaust needed to put a turbo in a van?

The easiest way would be to get a Hummer/HMMWV 6.5 turbo engine. It'll have a rear V-mounted turbo. You may have to slightly enlarge the rear section of the doghouse, but that's about it.
