Red STP & Synthetic Oil

I've been reading that the red bottled STP is good for our engine oil. But will it mix safely with Rotella synthetic oil?

I'm adding 1/2 bottle STP Red, per the good Dr.'s recommendation, in all listed in my profile. They all use 5W-40 Synthetic Rotella.

I added a little over a 1/2 bottle tody. The red is not near as thick as the blue and it poured fast.

It is STP oil treatment in the red bottle instead of the normal blue bottle. It's really for the 4 cylinder engines, but it works well in diesel engines.

Where are you guys finding it at?

I checked at:
Autozone
Napa
AAFES
Advance Auto Parts
Walmart

None of them carried the Red Bottles of STP.

I bought mine the other day at Wal-Mart. The red bottles were beside the blue ones. I did notice that the STP was a little harder to find than it used to be.
