Cleaning up manifold

I have the intake manifold off while getting the heads worked on and was thinking about cleaning it up. Any ideas on how to get it looking new again?

Take it and get it glass beaded then paint it with high temp clear coat it will look brand new

Just a wee word of warning, Don't paint the insides of the manifold just in case the paint flakes off sometime in the future and gets stuck to a valve seat.
