Oil Filler Pipe Rubber grommet

Does anyone have a good solution to the oil leaking around the afterthought oil filler pipe grommet? The thing looks like someone forgot about getting oil into the engine until the last minute.

I bought a new one from www.gmpartsdirect.com (http://www.gmpartsdirect.com) and installed it, works like a champ - no more leaks/seepage now.

Had mine out when I did the injection pump...cleaned it up real good before putting ultra black rtv around it, slid it in...didn't leak anymore.
