Please help!

I've searched for the "high idle" upgrade and can't find the instructions.Would someone e mail them to me asap.My truck takes to long to warm up in the A.M. Never seems to get past 160deg till I'm on the road. Thanks a bunch for the help!!My email is mountainmax62@msn.com
