Shuttering

I noticed today when I took off it seemed to shutter. Later on, running about 60, it appeared again. I couldn't tell if it was the truck, trailer or the road but I will pay more attention in the days ahead. Anybody else have anything simular to this on your 02 3500?

I noticed the same thing today when I was running about 60 and put my foot down slowly I felt what I might call shuttering. If I hit it hard enough to downshift I didn't notice it. The temp was only up to about 185. :confused:
