T.S.B for Idle surging

Hi guys, it's been awhile since I last posted here but the truck has been fantastic until recently. The truck has developed the idle surge that has been brought up here before. I also noticed today under a hard acceleration that I blew out an excessive amount of smoke. Would that suggest an injector problem or just a FPR issue only? My 02 has 98,000 miles and 2700 hrs so hopefully I'll be able to get this fixed under the 100,000 mile warranty. I'd like to take a copy of the TSB for the idle surge in with me. Do any of you have one that you can post for me?

there are a few bulletins pretaining to this concern. do you have any other symtoms? check engine light on, etc... I can't find the exact one I was looking for, but heres what I came up w/, check your email!

Just got word that it was the Fuel pressure regulator. Truck should be ready Mon. TDP comes thru again.
