Oil Change

Ok Changed oil on my LLY this AM. Got it all done. Including checking the rear Diff. The Diff took 4 pints. I bought the truck with 19000 on it the cap of the Diff is supposed to be 4 quarts. Nothing seems wrong but what might I be looking for. No leaks. Going to drive it a few thousand miles and check it again.
Secondly. Afer I changed the oil I still have the "Change Engine Oil" warning on the Dash info area. Is there something I need to do to reset that?

To reset the oil life, turn the ignition to on without starting the truck, and press the accelerator down 3 times all the way. I think it gives a better detail in the owners manual if you have it.
