exhaust manifold torque #'s

Hey John, what should the exhaust manifold to head bolts be tightened to as well as the elbows? Thanks for the info on the gaskets too.

In case your waiting and JK is busy,Exhaust manifold bolts/nuts is 25 lb ft......Exhaust outlet bolt/nuts are 39 lb ft.....Pipe clamps are 30 lb ft.....Heat shield bolts are 71 lb in......
