Just installed juice with 4.61. No problems, good power. Although I have had my box upgraded/swapped 5 times, the guys at Edge have been top notch at customer support. I think my favorite setting is level 2. Not too radical, not too hard on parts, and good mileage with great driveability.

Armalite, is yours a 125HP 4.61 vession ? I have the 4.30 Hot Juice version......It HATES level 2, seems to have Powerstroke syndrome....I only use level 4 anyway but maybe I should upgrade to 4.61 since it is almost time to pull the sled trailer and might need level 2. JK, what does 4.61 improve on anyway ?

Toddster,

Its regular Juice 4.61. Hot Juice is too radical for me. I am just a little paranoid piping all that power through my daily driver.

Long and the short of it is that I really haven't heard a PEEP as far as trouble from anyone running 4.61...

I'm running 4.61 HOT.
No problems, really really smooth.

I just wish it pulled as hard as 4.31 HOT.

Level four for everything.

I had 3 versions......

3.61 which was OK,

then the 4.30 HOT, which had problems with pilot injection ( NOISY ) , hard to program LEVELS and occational stalling.

I then sent mine to Edge for the ( hopefully )final upgrade to 4.61 HOT and for the past 700 miles it has been great.

It seems to hit harder on the low end in level 3 - 90 hp than the other 2 programs. It also seems to put more thru the truck in L4-Hot 125 hp.

In all I am quite happy. :D

Blast it, is there a latest Edge Juice 4.61, and SEPARATE from that, an Edge Juice 4.61 "Hot Version"?!
HELP!

MOST program versions have: Std, Cali, and HOT levels available. Changing versions is no cost except to upgrade to HOT. Once a box is HOT, there is no charge to upgrade versions if something new becomes available. 4.61 could well be a final edition...

Oops, forgot 4.61 Hot Cali!
