'02/'03 warranty change?

did the '03 allisons get a 100k warranty??? my buddy just bought an '03 gmc d/a and he said that the alli now comes with a 100k warranty, is there a difference between the '02 & '03 alli's??? i just bought my '02 in august and if this is true it really blows! :mad:

Just looked through my warranty manual and nothing is mentioned to differentiate the Ally from the standard transmission. 3yr/30k miles...
