16 entries; 1 Chevy 2500HD, 2 Ford,s, and 13 Dodge`s.

Dodge took the top 7 places (If I`m not mistakin) Then 1 Ford, then another 3 or 4 Dodge`s, the other Ford, a Dodge, The Chevy, and a broke Dodge finished last. I can not remember if there was another Dodge behind the 2500HD.

In all fairness. The Chevy was the only stock truck. All others spooled up for 5-15 (maybe even 20 seconds in some cases)seconds. The HD just started out like he was going camping. Those stock tires were a joke also. But he did pull a respectible 150+ feet. and best of all he didn`t run short on power. As many of the Dodge trucks did. (but at 250'-270').

I wanted the HD to do better, but knew the Dodge`s would dominate. Most of them had stacks (some with dual stacks) and Banks stickers. And more smoke then an old power plant.

I took lots of pictures, but it got dark before the Diesel class. (and the stinkin battery died)

If you want to see pictures go here http://community.webshots.com/album/48185013vTqGGL I took pictures of any and all trucks.

Just remember the dodge guys have been pulling for quite a few years now. We've only had our trucks for a couple years and it takes time to figure things out hooking to the sled (like using high range & low gear on the allison.) 90% of the dodges at pulls aren't stock and for some reason 90% of the dmaxes are. Personally, I think tractors are for pulling and trucks are for hauling tractors to the pull.

Watched a Juiced Duramax place 8th out of 25 trucks in the 7400lb class @the Schied diesel Extravaganza in Terre Haute IN. The top 7 trucks were the D brand , but the Dmax beat all of those F**d trucks.

From where we(Reddod and I) were sitting the Dmax had a hard time spinning those stock tires. Would like to have known if he was using hi or low range. I do wish someone would pull a truely stock dodge and ford just for the sake of comparision :( .
