Need Installation Instructions for Mega Filter

I've had a Mega Filter from John Kennedy setting on my workbench for about a month now. I decided to do the install this morning and find I've lost the installation instructions. John is closed on Saturday and I can't make a contact there.

Would some kind soul out there that has the instructions e-mail them to me? I'd be most appreciative.
