What is the best level to run in for mileage while unloaded?

I think it really depends on how you drive the thing. Just because you might have it on level 5 doesn't mean you'l nessecaily get bad milage it just means you'll prolly be more tempted to 'crush-it' causing you to get worse milage.

Typically, lowest low boost settings, and lowest levels get the best mileage depending on conditions.

Level 0 still adds about 10-20 HP through timing, but no added fuel so theoretically it would be best...
