Premium diesel

I pulled into a station I had never used before and filled my truck with Premium Diesel accidently. I noticed it cost 5 cents more a gallon than number 2. My question is. Is it worth it ? How is it different that #2?

Grizz Additives and Cetane rating => Makes Premium ....

I run it when Avail and or make my own when not.....
