Drivetrain vibration

Has anybody had any trouble with the Duramax/Allison trucks having a shudder or vibration when initially moving from stop?

The problem seems to last till the truck reaches about 15 mph then dissapears and is more noticable when pulling a trailer. The truck is a 2001 model
I have heard of problems with trucks with two piece drive shafts.
Any info on possible a cure would be most welcome.

There is a TSB for this problem. It only applies to 4x4 trucks.

This truck is a 4WD, do you have a TSB ID number?
