I agree with Maverick 100% on the ign switch.
Here is why.
Example....The switch body is plastic and the contacts are copper.
You can, but I'm not going to suggest you "jump" battery voltage to the PCM, in any case. That may not end well. The switch has several Batt+

Glow plugs died randomly!! Please help
