Going Rate on a '01 HD

Just thinking about getting rid of my 2001 Extra Cab Short Box HD 2wd, 50,000 miles... I checked on KBB and was given high 24k for private party deal and mid 21k for dealer trade-in. Just wanted to see if any of you have gotton near values selling to private party... Thanks

In addition, the truck is the Base Model and has the extended GM warranty to 75k... Pewter with new rims and 285 tires...
