2002 2500HD Dmax with 95,000 miles in for new injectors and two thermostats. Any other parts to be replaced since it is in the shop in pieces?
Could be a long list, more relative to time than miles. To start with:
Turbo coolant return coupling hose (behind the fan pulley). It's a short piece of rubber hose, and is probably cracked, if not already leaking. MUCH easier to do without all the junk in the way.
Most other typical items are easily replaced later (belt, tensioner, etc.).
Glow plugs...
The 5 rubber fuel lines that feed the CP3 as they are most likely crackied or brittle and about ready to let air in and cause a no start. For the coolant line to the turbo, go with 2' of PUROSIL hose as it holds up to the heat much better. Also have the valves adjusted while the covers are off.
Water pump along with the good advice already given.
Reseal the injector cups......... ;)
