my 2005 kodiak c4500 diesel is blowing hot so i recharged the system and noticed the high side just kept building pressure like it was plugged. im wondering why and what i should do to fix it:eek::confused:

Possibly the stack needs to be cleaned. Also the a possible failure may have the orfice tube partially plugged. There is a small vacume pump at the lower right side of the radiator. If the blend door is not shifting it could cause no air flow over the evaporator that would account for the high pressure. Check to make sure the pump is working and that the hoses are connected.
