1988 K3500, 6.2 (ex military truck) single cab longbed

1988 K3500, 6.2l diesel, turbo 400, 3.27 gears front and rear, 2 new 75 month batteries and new alternator, runs strong, AC Ice cold, heater works great, longbed with a class 5 hitch.

I have had the truck for going on 3 years, was hit when I bought it, hence the salvage title (NO frame damage). Went through CHP safety inspection along with brake and light inspections. Has a title in my name and been on the road the whole time. Just put 2 batteries and a new Napa gold lifetime alternator in it ($400+), front tires (E load rating) and alignment are less than 1 year old, have new in box MOOG inner and outer tie rods and steering arm. Haven't put them on as the truck drives perfectly straight.

Contractors rack can stay with the truck or I can keep at a discount to the price. Bed is rhino lined, NO rust, no problems. Truck has 153k miles on it and does burn some oil.




Looking to get a newer truck, dare I say a 6.0 Vortec gasser.:eek: Need it for work and need it to run cleaner, have had complaints about the black smoke when it is loaded and the AC is on.
