I called P&G Chevrolet in Slovan, PA for my post regarding my belt tensioner to get a part number. The Parts Manager, Bill Markivich Sr., said he didnt have the part in stock as I thought. Instead of him saying 'we will get it when we get it and ship it out', he got my phone number and told me he could make a call and get back with me. About 3 minutes later, he calls back. Said the distribution center had one, and if I had a business shipping address he could drop ship it. So he set up 2nd day air and charged be $7 for it. His price was slightly higher than gmpartsdirect, but the shipping charges actually made P&G cheaper, and MUCH better customer service to boot.
