limp mode still

thanks for all the replies to my previos posts. we now have scann tool that reads an lly engine and we also have a code p1093 low fuel pressure. we also have the truck on dyno. fuel pressure is 150 mpa at the injectors as the revs are increased and load is applied through the dyno the fuel pressure drops back to 110 mpa and goes into limp mode. where should we look now. cheers brad.
