2002HDDmax/Allison - The last few days I have been experiencing problems with the shift indicator (intermittently). At times it does not indicate the highlight when in any position. It does not blink (NSBU problem?) but just fails to indicate anything. I believe it is also failing to send the park signal as the doors fail to unlock when it is selected to park.
Any ideas would be appreciated for my "past warranty experience".
    Thanks

    Dmax Cutter,

I am not very knowledgable in this area but from what I have read, you may have a loose connection at the NSBU, or one of the other connections to the transmission. I think it is worth checking if you can. Maybe one of the Trans guys will have better insight.

Been there, done that TWICE, your NSBU is going... I'm pretty sure it's your problem.
