Need help removing drivers door panel!

Has anyone ever removed the panel on their doors?
Want to know how to get at swiches and the power window motor. Have power window that will not go up, dealer says motor is bad. Funny if you cycle the key a couple of time can get back up, down is no problem. Thinking it may be switch or relay. Wanted to check before I let them try.

Check the contacts on the switch. If you're carefull, you can take the switch apart and examine the contacts. The instructions posted above are the ones I used when I was troubleshooting a mirror switch problem. Same symptoms.
