Well thinks to the tips on this board, the dash was off in 60 seconds.
Is anything put together on these trucks with tools these days??
The head unit is out. My Pioneer unit has an adapator to plug into the factory harness, but, my question is, what is the harness on the left rear of the radio for ? Nothing on the new radio connects to it. Is that the aux wires for the cassette player ?

Steve, you got it. Just hook up the new head (gotta' love it... ) and activate XM. I called them and told them the internet was not working (for the $5 less activation). I got the $5 discount anyway. Additionally, XM is running a promo deal right now, something to the effect of, $50-off-for-some-sort-of-something.
