Honda Diesels?

Just came across this little diesel from Honda. Anyone ever heard of these before? I guess VW has them, so why not Honda. Mileage of 5.0 litres per 100km works out to 47 miles per US Gallon. Lets see what happens in a few years when they try to make a bigger plant, they sure make their little gassers reliable. I'd love to see what they could do with something bigger.

That is unfortunate, minus VW.
