Not exactly a diesel topic, but what wax do you guys use? I have used many types threw the years with only one winner in my eyes. Kit carnubia (spelled wrong) wax has always out performed every other wax I have tried. 3 months after applying it I find that I can run my nails down the side of my truck without the chalkboard feel! It keeps its plastic protection feel for almost 6 months of rain, snow and brush abuse allowing mud to be sprayed off with a garden hose and nasty salt to never reach the paint. Give it a try

    Thumbs up

Could not agree more. Carnuba wax works best for me also.

I think that I have tried every wax on the market over the years. Nothing would last long on my black truck. The latest wax that I am trying is a product called Perma Shield.
It is a "Polymer Teflon Formula". It seems to last quite a while, and has a high shine. Very easy to apply and remove. I don't know how good it is for the paint though.
