Here's a picture of the Allison emblem, I decided to install it here, I saw this emblem at my Allison dealer when I picked up the Transynd and the deep pan and tried my best to talk him out of it but couldn't do it and he said he couldn't order one.

P.S. you can also see my 3500 running lights installed under the tailgate

If you couldn't talk the dealer out of it and he couldn't order it, then that just leaves one possibility. You stole it. Looks good.

If they weren't watching me so close I would have tried to steal it

I ordered them from the Service Graphics, Inc. (317-471-8246). The P/N is F20.

    Hi Steve,

I've got mine on order. I plan on putting
mine *above* the Chevrolet emblem. The Duramax
emblem will be above the Silverado emblem.

Of course it is a personal preference matter,
but I think I want these glued on emblems on the flat
    part of the tail gate.

Also, is the background of the Allison emblem
    black or dark blue?

    Thanks for sharing......

I had the emblem temporaly stuck all over the truck including above the Chevrolet and Silverado emblems but finally decided on this location, the Allison emblem actually is on the "flat" part (just fits) but it is at a bit of a angle.

    The background is black.

Has anybody removed the factory stickers off of the tailgate(the SILVERADO and CHEVROLET)? Are they on there with only 3M tape or are there holes too?

They don't use holes anymore. It's sticky tape, 3M style. Best to put some heat on it like with a hair dryer or a 500W worklight before pulling it off. Be careful. Some people have actually left distorted sheet metal when pulling hard.

I purchased 4 stickers for me and a friend. I was planning to to put them on thr side with the Duramax badge but it looked to crowded. I wound up putting one Allison Trans badge in line and above the SIERRA on tailgate. Looks good.

Well I just ordered me an Allison badge for the tailgate also. Seems as if Allison would want their name on the truck somewhere.

    I have three extras.
They charge $5 handling and $6 shipping.. $11
Then I think it was $3 and something each. Total came to $29.

One through them will cost you about $15
Send me $8.00 I'll send you one. On sale, two for $16.
Cheaper than ordering and paying shipping.
