    97 CHEV. EXTENDED CAB. DOOR IS DRAGGING & WEARING LATCH. CAN NOT FIND WHERE THE ADJUSTMENT BOLTS ARE . NEED HELP

    The hinges are welded on the body, thus not readily adjustable. When you have the problem you describe, typically the bushings are worn. New bushings and pins will take care of the sag/rubbing.

    What White Truck said. How many times have you or anyone lubed the door bushing on a vehicle? Most people dont ever do it. In time they wear the bushings out and the door becomes harder to shut in time. New bushings and some door tweaking will be in order. Most independent body shops can fix it up for you. Good Luck.
