The Allison and NVG-263 electronic selectable transfer case have been installed.....

Not as big a deal as I imagined.... Fits with just minor tweaks.

Now that the question has been answered, parts will go together a lot faster...

Update article and photos are coming in a week or so...

Hey MP so you had to use a "fine aligment tool" sparingly? (Big Hammer)
    Glad your making good headway.

Wish I wasn't so committed or should be COMMITTED to my house remodel project.....but there is very nice lady who wants sheet rock on some walls and a kitchen finished. I would head over and help you cuzz and such for a day.

    March 1, 2004 Update

Since this was written I've installed all of the hoses for the PS pump and brake booster, installed the Allison ATF cooling lines, installed the starter & battery cables, and installed the transfer case/trans wiring harnesses. And, I spent some time with the fuel lines earlier today.
